Similar to chopping an assistant in half, there will be a secret compartment in which the assistant will hide their body out of any threat of being injured by the watched.
They will tuck their legs away from any threat before the saw plunges down from high over them. Some fake feet are placed at the other end of the dining table to make it look as though the blade has passed via the assistant but somehow not causing their death.
