Katharina Kastian is a German cosplayer who makes incredible costumes and original designs such as this original Iron Man/Pepper Potts costume. It is so good that they should really cast her in a new Avengers film! The suit has been made from high density (3mm – 5mm) foam and then custom painted. The result is truly amazing.
