The traditional Canneseries festival takes place in Cannes from April 14 to 19. The international television competition is being held for the 6th time and attracts stars from all over the world. 2023 was no exception, on the pink premiere carpet in front of photographers and journalists appeared world celebrities Denise Richards, Rachel Weisz, Rebecca Ferguson, the favorites of France – the stars of the series “Hélène and the Boys” – Patrick Pudeba and Hélène Rolle, as well as Laurent Lafitte, Miguel Angel Munoz, Monica Cruz, Jamie Bamber and others.
The festival opened with Apple TV+’s dystopian saga Silo, the story of the last ten thousand people on Earth as they defend their home deep beneath the planet’s surface to protect them from the toxic and deadly outside world. However, no one knows when or why the bunker was built, and anyone who tries to find out faces fatal consequences. The series, based on a trilogy of novels by Hugh Howey and produced by Rebecca Ferguson, became a sensation at the festival.
