Right, so we’ve all seen the most recent Game of Thrones episode, have not we? In case you haven’t – what are you doing? Most Importantly did Jon Snow Really Helped Arya Kill the Night King?
Basically, Arya Stark blasted the Night King by sticking him with a Valyrian steel dagger, the military of the living conquered the deceased, and nearly all of our favorite characters managed to live in the end.
However, was Jon Snow. You would think he’d be right in the thick of it, and for a little, while he was on the back of a dragon or maybe not – but he wasn’t actually useful when the ending came.
Or was he?
A Reddit consumer has noticed that the bit at the end where Jon is currently facing down the ice dragon who was injured isn’t all that it seems at first glance.
Does he actually clear the way for Arya to make it before sneaking past a load of White Walkers the Night King and shivving?
When Jon turns around to do his standard act, which is to say, facing death down despite knowing that the odds are being stacked comprehensively against him, he is not just crying at the dragon in the expectation that it will get scared and run away.
Up replicate watching, he appears to be saying”Go! Go! Go!”.
Redditor ‘Applesoapp’ said: “Jon cried at the undead dragon to divert it Arya can run past and kill the Night King.”
“The undead dragon was shielding the entrance to the godswood. Watch it again, you can hear him scream ‘GO – GO – GO.’
“10 Sec after the scene you’ll be able to see the hair of a White Walker flying up when Arya sprints beyond the bunch of White Walkers. Jon once more was prepared to sacrifice himself to kill the Night King.”
It does look like at one point Jon sees something from the corner of his eye, then yells a thing that could be”Go!”.
Does this imply that Jon was willing to give his life up to help Arya to go through and kill the Night King? We may find out.
