7. Ardha chakrasana – half-bridge pose on the shoulders
Asana is a lightweight version of the “bridge” – exercises from kindergarten. Lie on the floor and bend your legs, stretch your arms along the body. Then begin to smoothly lift your upper body, resting on your shoulders. The legs should be bent at right angles.
Effect: the pose is considered rejuvenating, stimulating all internal organs and improving metabolism. Also recommended for painful periods.
