11. Tom Hardy, “Bronson”
It’s hard to believe today that in the early 2000s Tom Hardy was not a star. He played supporting roles in little-known films. Everything changed in 2008 when he landed the lead role in the movie “Bronson”. To embody this character, the actor worked a lot and gained 19 kilos of muscles. In addition, he spoke with the criminal Charles Bronson in order to be more credible in front of the camera.
Tom Hardy’s work was noticed by professionals in the film industry and shortly after his success he starred in several important films: “Inception”, “Warrior” and “The Dark Knight: The Dark Knight”.
