4. You blame others for all your troubles.
The fourth thing that can make a man lose interest is your tendency to blame other people for your own troubles and problems.
If you find yourself regularly telling men that they allegedly “spoil your mood” without even bothering to first figure out what exactly causes your negative feelings, and whether they are really to blame for this, believe me, this is very bad.
And instead of blaming the man for ruining your life, you could empathize and tell yourself something like:
“Did he really want to spoil my mood, or did I myself attach such importance to his words or actions?”
“Do I see his behavior in a negative light because of something that happened to me in the past?”
“Maybe I should first sort out my own feelings and then convey them to him in a softer and loving way, instead of going straight to accusations?”
“When in any situation you begin to blame others for all your troubles, a man begins to subconsciously understand that sooner or later it will come to him and that he cannot win this battle.”
So if he notices that you blame anyone for your bad mood, but not yourself, this can lead to the fact that over time he completely loses interest in you.
