Demi Moore shaved her head to play Jordan O’Neill at G.I.Jane. In the film, her character is just going against all odds to ditch gender expectations and prove that she can be a Navy Seal. She shaves her head in an attempt to be taken more seriously and prove she’s got what it takes for your occupation. Demi’s willingness to do exactly the same is quite admirable too. Unfortunately, the film wasn’t a success and that she actually got a Razzie Award for Worst Actress for her job G.I.Jane.
