5. Wonka (2023)
This story of young Willy Wonka and how he became the strange and eccentric man we meet in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory was definitely not asked for.
However, in January 2021, The Hollywood Reporter reported that a film called Wonka was officially launched in development by Warner Bros, in collaboration with producers Harry Potter and Paddington. Estimated release date – March 2023.
