You like life with this person much more than he himself.
Maybe your partner is rich. Maybe he is a famous media personality, and you like to bathe in the rays of his glory.
Maybe he, like you, enjoys adventures, and when he is around, it makes your life much brighter and more eventful.
Or, who knows, maybe you are so used to the fact that his spacious apartment has become your home that you really would not want to lose it.
It is, of course, good that you managed to find someone who gives you the opportunity to live the way you want … But, believe me, this is not the only option. You may well create such a life for yourself.
Better yet, find someone you truly love and together create something even more wonderful.
If you only stay together because you love what he or she brings to your life, and not because of how you feel when that person is around, then you really should feel guilty – but only if you will continue to do so.
